 Corporate Training Australian 4WD & Advanced Driver Education is not only a Registered Training Organisation, with an excellent safety record, itspecialises in the design and implementation of client specific and site specific 4WD and Advanced Driver Training. Australian 4WD & Advanced Driver Training Courses are completely portable and can be conducted throughout Australia, allowing staff to be trained in locations familiar to their day to day use of 2WD, 4WD, AWD, Coasters, vehicles up to 5ton. The training is designed to considerably reduce the incidence of accidents and breakdown in the workplace. A specially constructed track can be created with minimal disruption and environmental impact. All training is carried out with minimal disruption to shift routine.  At Australian 4WD, we believe that every client has a specific and individual need. A Training Needs Analysis is conducted to define the requirements and refine Course content to ensure that the training plan suits the specific requirements of the Employer and Trainee. A Training Feedback Brief is provided to the employer following training. This tool is designed to assist employers and organisations as it outlines relevant information in relation to the training conducted, participants and highlights any safety issues if they arise during training.BMA Compliance Australian 4WD & Advanced Driver Education is an approved driver-training provider to BMA and also provides a range of Black Coal mining light vehicle competencies. Our Trainers have completed the BMAG Induction Course and undergone a coal board medical. Australian 4WD & Advanced Driver Education is familiar with BMA’s Standard Operating procedure: QC PST030-00 “Safe Operation and Movement of Vehicles”. This procedure is covered (in addition to the national course competencies) in all driver training provided to those who will potentially access and work on BMA sites. 2005 saw the development and implementation of the Australian 4WD & Advanced Driver Training Health, Safety and Environmental Policy. To ensure that this policy and our practice met the appropriate standards, Australian 4WD underwent a compliance audit against the Australia and New Zealand Health and Safety Standard 4801. This was a stringent audit, however an outstanding compliance of 91% was achieved. After having achieved such a good result at compliance audit we are now providing training to large corporate organisations which have some of the most stringent Health and safety requirements within Australia. Today greater emphasis is placed on the ‘duty of care’ of the employer to their employees in relation to driving of a motor vehicle, particularly a four wheel drive, within the work environment. Too often, people are injured and vehicles damaged are due to inexperience or lack of appreciation of potential hazards. Training can significantly reduce the risk to both human, physical resources and the environment. We frequently hear of serious injuries and regratably fatalities particularly in relation to the incorrect use of recovery equipment. Our Defensive Driving course is designed to make drivers aware of the risk involved whilst driving a motor vehicle, develop and practice new driving techniques and the knowledge to identify actual and potential hazards then the ability to have the vehicle in the correct gear, speed and position to avoid a accident.Our range of driver training can assist you with managing the health and safety of your staff.
