Kev's Experience

Kev has been a highly regarded and enthusiastic senior supervisor with over 23 years experience in leadership positions in the Australian Defence Force.  He has been acknowledged for his superior leadership skills, is an excellent trainer of young adults and has wide training and operational experience in Australia, The United States of America, the United Kingdom and New Zealand. 

Kev has always been a self-starter and able to build and lead teams. He has excellent instructional and training credentials. He has instructed and trained in Australia, USA, UK, NZ, Fiji and PNG. Is culturally aware of other nationalities. He has superior communication skills and the ethics and drive to develop enterprises.

Kev was awarded the Australian Army Training Centre Commendation for “outstanding, professionalism and commitment”.  He completed and achieved third place on the Regimental Sergeant Major’s course, one of the highly regarded courses within the Defense Force.

Kev was selected from 475 eligible candidates to represent the Australian Army as Liaison Officer and Instructor to the United States of America. He was awarded Most Outstanding Foreign Military Medallion, Marine Corps Commander’s Medallion for Excellence, and a USA Commander’s Medallion for Excellence.

Kev has been the Director of Australian 4WD for the last four years and has developed all of the Australian 4WD training packages, Operational manuals and a Health Safety and Environmental manual, all of which are compliant with Australia and New Zealand Health and Safety Standard 4801.  

Gerhard Lindemann

Experience
Gerhard has 20 years experience in the Royal Australian Corps of Transport as a Driver, Transport Supervisor and Driver Instructor/assessor.

Gerhard has excellent knowledge in the areas of driving, vehicle mechanics and recovery in relation to 2WD, 4WD vehicles, Buses, Medium Ridged and Heavy Rigid vehicles and has been the senior trainer for Australian 4WD now for 4 years.

Gerhard has assisted in the development and continue improvement of all of the Australian 4WD training packages,

Gerhard holds an excellent and broad range of qualification from the transport and distribution industry.
