Why Australian 4WD Training?

Since 1997 Australian 4WD has been a Registered Training Organisation with the Queensland Government. In 2001 the structure under which such Organisations were recognised was altered to reflect increased emphasis on the quality of training and the credibility of assessment across the national training system. Australian 4WD Driver Training is now recognised under this new structure, known as the Australian Quality Framework (and monitored by the Training and Employment Recognition Council (Queensland)) and are listed as a currently Registered Training Organisation on the National Training Information Service web site at www.ntis.gov.au.

Australian 4WD Training compliance with these Government standards is your assurance that the quality of training we deliver is of the highest standard and that participants are undertaking a credible and viable course. Courses are competency based and therefore provide increased flexibility in their delivery thus catering to participants with various levels of prior skills.

Trainer Qualifications
Australian 4WDs' Trainers are required to have completed a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment to ensure that they have a high level of competence in the subject matter together with the skills required to provide a quality training environment. All Trainers undertake Australian 4WD' in-depth Train-the-Trainer Program that also further develops their skills drawn from "real-life" experience.
